Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We will do our best to keep all appointments except for in the case of inclement weather in which schools in the county of residence are closed, death in the family, and/or sickness. We are here to provide support and expect the same from our clients. If clients cancel their appointments less than 72 hours before they are scheduled to take place, they will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide a notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 72 hours prior to the appointment. You can cancel or reschedule appointments by logging into your account on our website.
