PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Teachers and administrators receive large and small group professional development through job-embedded Lunch and Learn activities and off-site workshops, that deepen and enhance their understanding of early childhood education and human development, as well as promote reflection and change.

Staff Orientation

The landscape of childcare is changing and teachers are entering the classroom with limited knowledge of childcare. The lack of understanding makes it difficult for teachers to implement quality practices with fidelity and makes it difficult for programs to maintain a minimal level of quality throughout the year.  Click here to book a Free Consultation and learn more about the New Teacher Orientation Sessions.

The Language and Literacy Workshop provides teachers with an opportunity to collaborate with other childcare and education professionals to increase student learning.

MathNest

Much like birds intertwine twigs, leaves, and sticks to build their nest, MathNest provides teachers with the foundational knowledge and insight needed to assist children in building math skills in the Early Childhood classroom.

Curio Science Workshop

Confucius once said, "I listen and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." A curio cabinet is a specialized piece of furniture used to display collections, photos, figurines, and other objects that invoke one's curiosity. Curio Science Wokrkshop assists teachers in creating a world where children develop and apply their natural curiosity through inquiry-based learning.
