The Curtains for Classrooms Coaching Method
The Curtains for Classroom Coaching Method is adapted from The Essentials of Practice Based Coaching. Coaches support childcare programs through a collaborative partnership by helping teachers acquire and maintain the implementation of effective practices with fidelity.
Developing Shared Goals
After conducting an initial strengths and needs assessment for each classroom / teacher, Curtains for Classrooms works with both administrators and teachers to develop shared goals .


Action Planning
Coaches and coachees work together to create action plans tailored to the coachee's professional development priorities. Action plans serve as an accountability tool that assist coachees with implementing effective practices with fidelity and fluency.
