OUR TEAM

Karla Hollis is from Troy, Alabama and earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. She studied both Early Childhood Studies at Walden University and Urban Teacher (Educational) Leadership at Georgia State University.

 

Karla taught first, third, and fifth grades within the public school system. She transitioned to the early childhood classroom in 2013, where she served as a Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher for eight years. She worked briefly as an administrative assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic, which solidified her belief that "The classroom is the heart of education."
